Welcome to our Web-Site of Istanbul2010 International Debating Championship.
After organizing Vehbi Koç WUDC 2010, we realized that we really enjoy organizing championships and we believe that we make them quite enjoyable. As the organizers of the Best Worlds Ever, as many of you recall, we’ll continue the 200X Koç Debating Championship series with “Istanbul 2010 International Debating Championship” in Istanbul between 1-5 September. 

As the rest of the Istanbul 200X series did, this one will take place in the campus of Koç University where you will also be able to use facilities like gym and swimming pool. Although our agreements are not yet finalized, God has even promised us hot, sunny weather as it was previous years. 

We promise a high quality tournament with a distinguished adjudication team which will be announced as soon as it is finalized. But it is safe to let you all know that Jonathan Leader Maynard has agreed to be our CA and Simone van Elk and Hugh Burns will be our DCAs. 

We also want to let you know that we have already committed ourselves to provide you as much as we can find, including great amounts of snacks, and unlimited, free flowing alcohol by sponsorships. 

We will update our web-site with more information on how things will be in September, what kind of transportation you can use to conquer Istanbul, how we will host you, and more importantly who will judge you.
